Employees do not have information about each other's salary and you have a tax document showing only average salary costs per employee with a discreet attachment. This service is ideal for businesses that do not have the opportunity to increase the budgeted portion of salary costs, but wish to increase employee benefits. This service is also used by non-profit organizations, which cannot use the grants or subsidies awarded to them for the salaries of their employees. The price of the service depends on the salary costs per employee plus a flat-rate amount for the administration. The overall costs per employee amount to several hundred CZK per month.
