This service is the customer's solution in case the number of orders temporarily increases for example due to seasonal fluctuations or the temporary inability of core employees to be present at work. Our employees can start the job within 24 working hours. They are trained in OSH, physically fit to perform a specific job, equipped with work clothes and protective equipment, and upon agreement also with work tools. We can flexibly increase or decrease the number of workers from day to day. If an employee fails to meet the requirements of our customer, immediate replacement is possible. All these steps are taken in accordance with the legislation of the Czech Republic. This service is widely used by our customers, particularly because of the fair price and labor cost savings of up to 10%.
