Conditions of registration

You can register online. If you choose a job, you can reserve it over the phone. However for the first job in our company you must come in person with a valid identification (ID or passport).
When you get a job, it is necessary to follow the rules which you were given when you received the job and sign all the appropriate documents which provide the working legal relationship between you and our company. You will take all necessary documents and instructions to a specific job. Here it states what you are going to do specifically, where and when to go and what your reward will be. Please study all the instructions carefully, including safety instructions etc. If you do not understand something, do not hesitate to ask. Our consultants are happy to answer all of your questions.
After signing all of the required documents you are going to get a work record receipt, bill of delivery, which you take with you to your workplace. After finishing your job this statement is going to be confirmed by your leading employer (who will be assigned to you).

Working duties

Your main duty is to get to your job on time and follow the rules of your assigned manager. You can cancel the job at least 24 working hours before the start of a specific shift. In the case of your absence (worker), you must bring proof of your absence to the office of AGENTURA PLUS s.r.o. (medical paper, negotiations with state authority etc). If you fail to do this, your absence is going to be seen as a gross breach of the work agreement. If you are suspected of starting a shift under the influence of alcohol or other narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances you are going to be asked to summit to an examination. If you refuse the examination you are going to be treated as if you had been under the influence of these substances.
It is forbidden to bring in valuables and higher financial sums. You might also be asked not to use your mobile phones at your workplace. In the event that you are going to be using valuable objects you will have to confirm by signature both their acceptance and their return when you give them back. You are personally responsible for these objects. If you lose an object(s) you will have to replace it at full value.
If you cannot take on full responsibility (e.g. keys of a locker also owned by your colleague) you must inform our head colleague to remedy the situation. In the case of a breach in certain work duties we are entitled to claim all of the damages caused to the employer.

Working record

On your timesheet all necessary data is written; such as, the name of the company and the company address, your assigned manager, transportation etc. On the other side of the timesheet there are general guidelines which are very important for you to know. The timesheet is handed in at the AGENTURA PLUS s.r.o. branch every week on Wednesdays by 5 p.m. at the latest. If you hand it in later than this your pay isn't going to be ready until the following week. Confirmations older than 5 days will not be accepted. The timesheet must be filled in properly – name, date of birth, number of hours, signature and stamp of the agency (your assigned manager or the customer). Without all this information, it is not possible to process a timesheet. Pay complaints are to take place immediately in the pay period or every Friday from 4 till 5 pm.


Our paydays are every week on Thursdays from 4:30 until 7 pm and on Fridays from 9 until 10 am. To receive a cash payment you need to bring your identity card with you. We can send payment to your bank account as well. If you cannot pick up your money for any reason you can do so at a later date or authorize another person to do so.
