Personnel leasing

This is the so-called allocation of employees to the user based on Act No. 435/2004 Sb. Our company has been licensed by the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs to perform this service. We select and assign employees to the specified posts and also supervise the continuity of the staffing. We also provide our customer with a supervisor who manages the associated paperwork and solves staff issues directly on the spot. We deal with all the issues that arise at the place of work and you can focus on your core business. The price of the service is determined by salary costs per employee plus commission rate.
